My personal pet snakes:

Picture
Below are pics and descriptions of the snakes that I actually keep at home, they are my herp brood, let me know if you have any questions! -Ric

Hydrodynastes Gigas

Picture
This is Che my brazilian water cobra who seems to think that he is a King Cobra lol. He has a great personality and is a very alert snake. Caution with these snakes as their venom potency, although compared to a Timber Rattlesnake, is still unknown. I handle mine by hand due to him being tame (so far), but I would not recommend for anyone to do so. Che is 3 ft and eating mice with a never ending appetite.

Brazilian Rainbow Boa

Picture
This is Cressy, my Brazilian rainbow boa, very tame and eats mice. She is about 2-3 ft and has a beautiful iridescence after her sheds.

Jungle Carpet Python

Picture
My Jungle Carpet Python.

Pastel Ball Python

Picture
My male Pastel Python.

Boa Constrictor Imperator

Picture
This is Snubby, he is a 6ft boa constrictor, he eats jumbo rats and is tame however can be defensive at times.

Amazon Tree Boa

Picture
This is Layla, my amazon tree boa, about 2 ft eating large pinkies, tame when she wants to be lol.

Albino California Kingsnake

Picture
This is Lillith, my albino cali-king. She has an appetite of a Retic.

California Kingsnake

Picture
Here is Ramses, the banana phase cali-king who is a fierce constrictor, very tame and eats anything in sight. He is 3 ft and eating appropriate sized mice.

Kenyan Sand Boa

Picture
This is Elise my Anerythristic Kenyan Sand Boa, eating 2 fuzzies moving to hoppers. She is about 2 ft and loves to come out often (unusual for a sand boa). Very tame.

Western Hognose Snake

Picture
Introducing Vivie! My awesome little hoggie, she has great personality and loves to chow down however has times when she decides to go on food strikes. Although these snakes are rear-fanged venomous they will hardly ever envenomate anyone and will usually just bluff strike with their mouths closed.

Malaysian Mangrove Snake

Picture
Very tame Malaysian mangrove snake, rear fanged venomous but very beautiful snake.

Reticulated Python

Picture
My Retic, very awesome personality. =] Scary feeding response!

Jungle Carpet Python

Picture
Tamer than a Ball python, I received my JCP from a trade for a RTB. I love this snake! =]
Just never eats F/T, only live prey.

Royal (Ball) Python

Picture
I have a pair of Royals, they are too awesome, no need for an explanation why, these are the stereotypical snake pets.

Grammastola Pulchripes

Picture
My awesome and docile, 7" tarantula, female. =]
Great beginner/intermediate T.

Lasiodora Parahybana

Picture
Large T, gets around 10" and very fast, however more docile than other "birdeater" species.
Nice Intermediate/Advanced T.

Emperor Scorpion

Picture
Despite their size and intimidating look, these type of scorpions grow to nearly the size of Asian Forest Scorpions however are known to be the most docile types of Scorps and they make great pets.

Australian White's Tree Frog

Picture
Great pet, and excellent eater (although prone to obesity so monitor its diet), although, be ready for AM croaks, this can be a little noisy critter.

Fire-Belly Toad

Picture
Great and hardy animal, perfect beginner amphibian (herp in general).

Bearded Dragon

Picture
I have a pair of these awesome lizards, best pet lizards, especially for beginners.

Leopard Gecko

Picture
Beautiful and docile gecko! =]
